What the device is approved for
Manufacturer's text · BEMER Int. AG · Instructions for Use, BEMER Therapy System Evo, ref. 2090-2109-764011, V05-01 (PDF, 26 MB, published by the manufacturer)
What this equipment is for is not for the distributor to decide. Its intended purpose is set by the manufacturer, who carried out the conformity assessment and answers for it before the notified body, and it is set out in the manufacturer's official documentation. It is reproduced here verbatim, with the manufacturer's own caveats; the full document is provided before booking and can be downloaded from the manufacturer at any time.
"The PEMF applicators are used in conjunction with the B.Box Evo to stimulate blood flow in the small and very small blood vessels (microcirculation), and to alleviate certain clinical conditions."
"Users of PEMF therapy benefit from improved blood flow to the capillary network, in particular in the smaller and smallest blood vessels, and thus from improved tissue supply, which is desirable for various health conditions."
Approved indications
The manufacturer states expressly that PEMF therapy is an adjuvant application and cannot replace medically prescribed therapy. Where a pre-existing condition is present, the described user groups are limited to the following underlying conditions, their consequences and accompanying symptoms:
- Impaired wound healing
- Degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system
- Polyneuropathy due to diabetes mellitus or after cancer treatment
- Chronic fatigue, for example associated with chronic stress or multiple sclerosis
- Acute and chronic pain
Intended for people aged 14 and over. These are the manufacturer's indications, not a forecast about any particular case.
Contraindications — read before booking
PEMF therapy is contraindicated for:
- People fitted with active medical implants (for example medication pumps or pacemakers)
- Recipients of organ transplants, or of allogeneic cell, bone marrow or stem cell transplants, in combination with immunosuppressive therapy
Possible side effects, described by the manufacturer as occurring in very rare cases: changes in pulse rate and changes in blood pressure.
For any medical condition, or any doubt about whether these circumstances apply, the question belongs with a doctor before booking. Asked here, the answer will be the same.
You can buy directly from the manufacturer's official store.

A session in Barcelona
By appointment. The programme runs 20 minutes; allow 30 for the visit, including getting settled. It is the simplest way to establish whether the equipment suits, before committing to anything.
Rent with an option to buy
There is a long-term rental with an option to buy. It is run neither by BEMER nor by Salud Celular: it is offered by Vedimarlu Alqui, S.L., who set the deposit, the term and the monthly figure. With a deposit of €500 to €2,000, the Classic-Set Evo comes to between €69 and €119 a month over 36 months, VAT excluded. What it costs extra →

Prices include VAT, except the rental instalment, which Vedimarlu publishes excluding VAT. Purchase prices are the manufacturer's own and can be checked in their official store. Sessions and session packs are provided and invoiced by FITGYM 360, S.L., at whose centre they take place. Direct purchase is contracted with BEMER, which sets its terms and delivers the unit; the rent-to-own is contracted with Vedimarlu Alqui, S.L., which sets its own.
Questions that come up often
Does this replace medical treatment?
No, never. Salud Celular is not a medical practice and does not treat disease. For a medical condition, a doctor is the person to advise — including on whether a device of this kind is appropriate.
Where do those indications come from?
From the manufacturer's official instructions for use — they carried out the conformity assessment and answer for it to the notified body. They are quoted verbatim and not extended. The full document is sent before any booking, and is available from the manufacturer without going through us: the contraindications are in section 2.1.4.
Is a trial possible before buying?
Yes, and it is the recommended route. The first introductory session is free and carries no obligation. After that, most book one or two single sessions, or a pack, before considering a unit of their own: twenty minutes of the programme tells you more than any description.
Buying your own unit
The purchase goes through BEMER's official store, with the manufacturer's warranty and technical service. Support covers both sides of it: choosing the model for the intended use, and usage training once the unit arrives.
The prices are the manufacturer's and they are published: €3,590 for the Basic-Set Evo, €4,490 for the Classic-Set and €4,790 for the Premium-Set Evo, VAT included. Where a written quotation for a specific configuration helps before deciding, one is prepared and sent.
Go to the official BEMER storeAuthorised distributor link: a purchase made through it generates a commission from the manufacturer. The price paid is exactly the same as through any other route — the commission is paid by BEMER, not by the customer. It is stated because it is worth knowing, not because the law requires it.
Rent with an option to buy
The unit can also be held on a long-term rental with an option to buy. It is offered by Vedimarlu Alqui, S.L., a company separate from both BEMER and Salud Celular: the contract is signed with them, and they set the deposit, the term and the monthly figure. We make the introduction and nothing more.
With a deposit of €500 to €2,000, the Classic-Set Evo comes to between €69 and €119 a month over 36 months, VAT excluded, and the Premium-Set Evo between €79 and €128. At the end of the term, the payment that completes the purchase is the VAT on the deposit. Anyone who would rather return the unit in good condition gets the deposit back.
It costs more than paying cash, and that is worth knowing first. The Classic-Set is €4,490 outright. Over thirty-six months the total paid runs from €5,426 to €5,789 depending on the deposit: between €936 and €1,299 more. Over twelve months the gap narrows, to €645 at best. What that difference buys is not having to find the whole sum at once.
Vedimarlu add that for tax purposes it counts as a rental, deductible for self-employed people and companies, and that no bank or finance house is involved. Those are their statements about their own product, not ours: ask them for it in writing before signing. The rates quoted date from August 2024 and are worth confirming with them.
